Access all leads assigned to your organization from the ECIN Air Game marketing efforts

Instructions to access foster leads

Step 1: Login to the portal using the credentials issued to you by The Contingent. 

Step 2: Click “Launch Pad” on the top navigation bar and select the type of leads you are trying to access (Foster Ready Now)

Step 3: Foster Ready Now Leads will be organized across four tabs:

• Assigned: All leads “Assigned” to your organization from the ECIN Air Game marketing efforts – no matter their lifecycle status
• In Progress: These are leads your organization has begun moving through the certification process
• Certified: These are leads your organization has been able to certify as a foster family
• On Hold: These are leads your organization has placed on hold due to a need to temporarily pause the certification process for that family

Step 4: Click on any lead in the table to access all details for that record
