Our current Import functionality for submitting monthly partner earned leads is under construction! Until this issue is fixed, we have identified two other pathways in which you can submit your monthly partner earned leads.
Option One:
1. Navigate to "My Organization" from your profile in the top right of your screen.
2. Locate the "Add Files" button about mid screen and click it.
3. Choose the file you'd like to upload from your computer. Be sure to uncheck the "Overwrite existing files" radio button if you are submitting your monthly earned leads report.
4. Click "Add Files" to submit your monthly report.
I tested this feature yesterday to ensure it was working properly, but please let us know if you encounter any issues with this workaround. In the meantime we will be working to fix the Import button from the Ready Now leads page for you!
Option Two:
Send the partner earned leads to reil@thecontingent.org. Our Data team will receive these emails directly and can upload the data into the correct place.
