This slide deck gives an overview of our new Help Desk system that will begin officially on May 1, 2024.


This system will help you to:

  1. effortlessly submit a ticket, ensuring that your queries and concerns are addressed promptly.
  2. conveniently check for updates on the tickets you've submitted, keeping you informed every step of the way.
  3. ensure that you receive the personalized attention you deserve by our CX team as issues and requests arise.
